Termination shall not affect obligations incurred before the termination date, including outstanding payment obligations.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

To enhance customer experience, Adwant Realty may communicate through the official WhatsApp Business Platform and Google Rich Communication Services (RCS).

By voluntarily providing your mobile number and opting to receive communications, you consent to receiving messages related to:

  • Property inquiries
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Site visit schedules
  • Property updates
  • Documentation requests
  • Customer support responses
  • Transaction-related notifications
  • Service reminders
  • Important business communications

Adwant Realty is committed to complying with the policies and guidelines issued by Meta for the WhatsApp Business Platform and by Google and telecom operators for RCS messaging.

Accordingly:

  • Promotional messages will only be sent where permitted by law and with any required consent.
  • Users may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or contacting us directly.
  • Messages will not contain unlawful, misleading, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited content.
  • Business messaging will be used solely for legitimate customer engagement and service-related communication.
  • We reserve the right to suspend messaging to any user who misuses these communication channels or engages in abusive or unlawful conduct.
